By effectively communicating with all stakeholders, senior business analysts help close the gap between IT and business. Within the Middle Markets Delivery Team, the Senior Business Analyst will be in charge of supporting one or more products. Among her/his primary duties are gathering and recording business, functional, non-functional, and technical requirements; assisting with UAT and quality assurance testing; and prioritizing incoming issues, defects, and enhancement requests. For projects that affect the application or applications they support, senior business analysts will also offer senior-level help.

What are your primary duties going to be?
- In an agile setting, gather, test, facilitate, and record business needs and features.
- Review requirements and/or specifications with the development and test teams, and validate the entire IT solution to make sure it complies with business needs.
- A great deal of expertise creating and managing user stories while working in an Agile setting.
- A wealth of knowledge on the Guidewire Cloud environment.
- Proven expertise with BillngCenter and Guidewire PolicyCenter is preferred.
- Experience evaluating user stories and product epics with senior stakeholders and obtaining sign-offs quickly.
- Assist Middle Markets with the triage and resolution of any faults or control concerns by offering sufficient technical and functional support. should help the Middle Market implementation by acting as the techno-functional SME.
- extensive practical experience with the Policy Admin systems that support P&C insurance products.
- In charge of upholding requirements traceability to support project vision through product delivery.
- Manage the measurement of deliverable quality and conduct deliverable reviews.
- In accordance with the typical Agile approach, collaborate with the business users to support user demos, testing, and signoffs.
- Work together with Transformation & Change Delivery process resources to make sure needs and solutions don’t cause gaps or breakages in the process flow.
- Assist in determining how requirements might improve process efficiency.
- Work in a global setting and take part in daily scrums with technical teams.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Preferably, a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business management, or a similar discipline.
- E xcellent and thorough familiarity with Guidewire policy admin systems.
- The capacity to apply appropriate technical solutions after comprehending broad business requirements.
- Proficient technical understanding of every stage of application systems analysis.
- Proficiency in technical knowledge, including the ability to design and run SQL queries to support problem and incident analysis.
- Capacity to handle complex systems and data.
- substantial background in P&C insurance.
- It’s essential to understand Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
- It is preferred to have knowledge of the Middle Markets Underwriting procedure.
- Proficiency in overseeing and managing financial control procedures across various platforms.
- Knowledge of various SDLC approaches, especially Agile concepts.
- Knowledge of developing workflows for business processes and assisting product owners with integrated road plan reviews.
- Needs to be knowledgeable about analyst approaches, such as business rule development, use cases, functional specifications, and user interface specifications.
